The design area for this project is Plot 14 of the Tianfu Sunshine Project, covering approximately 80 mu. The majority of the site is occupied by fruit trees, farmlands, and ponds. It is adjacent to the East Main Canal on the west side, with a well-developed irrigation system. The entire area is located in the Chengdu Plain, and the overall height difference of the site is relatively gentle. The region has a long history of grape cultivation and is of superior quality.



The site has good transportation and an excellent natural ecological environment. The Tianfu Sunshine project is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, within the Fifth Ring Road, at the geographical center of Longquanyi District. It backs onto Longquanyi Mountain Urban Forest Park and is within the half-hour economic circle of Chengdu City. It is 3.5 kilometers away from the Weiran Flower Sea, about 4.5 kilometers from the main venue area of the Dong 'an Lake Universiade, and about 5.5 kilometers from Luodai Ancient Town. The surrounding area is rich in cultural and tourism resources and has complete urban facilities.
